Join our new member Paul as he will be the event leader and he will skipper the 38ft Catalina boat called "Rascal" for a fun day of sailing in Newport Harbor.

Let’s do a boarding time of 10:00 AM and a sailing time of 10:15 AM. We wlll plan on doing our first “port of call” at about 1:00 PM for Lunch. We’ll dock at a restaurant where we can order food and drink and have it served right on the boat. Very Cool! It is BYOB so you can bring you own food and drink too if you want and things to eat and drink during the day. There is no ice on board so if you want to drink soft drinks or beer, please bring your own cooler. There is lots of room on board for coolers, etc. We are planning on being back at the home dock no later than 5:00 PM, perhaps slightly sooner.

There is not a lot of parking at the dock, so plan on parking past the facility and over the Lido Island Bridge and walking back to the boat.

We will have a Big Yellow Flag with a Smiley Face on it so you can find the boat at the dock.

It sounds like a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon.
